Patient Applications...

The application process opens at 12noon Central Time Monday through Friday and accept a maximum of 50 applications at this time.  If you are reading this message, we have accepted the maximum number for today or the application process has not been activated yet.

If you are on this screen before 12noon, CLOSE YOUR BROWSER AND REOPEN THE WEB PAGE or GO BACK TO THE HOME PAGE AND CLICK THE CANCER PATIENT TAB for the application to appear (it will not popup automatically).  

If you are unable to apply, please check back with us at a later date and we hope to serve you in the future. 

Before applying, check the "Locations" tab above to see if we have a maid service partner in your area. Most of our maid service partners are currently full.  If you already applied, it takes approximately 2 weeks to process applications. We will contact you by email as we match patients with maid services. For more information, check Our Process on how our program works.
