IN THE SPIRIT OF GIVING BACK, A MAID SERVICE IN CHATTANOOGA IS DONATING SERVICES TO WOMEN WITH CANCER!
Chattanooga, TN – May 6, 2013 – Two Maids & A Mop have partnered with the non-profit foundation, Cleaning For A Reason, as an opportunity to give back to their community, while making a difference in the lives of women battling cancer. Two Maids & A Mop is truly giving back by agreeing to clean the homes of two women once per month for four consecutive months.
This cleaning service recognizes that a clean home is paramount for these women undergoing treatment. “Personally, I am drawn to Cleaning For A Reason because my dearly loved grandmother is a 15-year survivor and received news of her cancer returning,” says manager Alyssa Meyer. Their benevolence is helping to reduce the financial burden of these women when it’s most needed.
Since 2006, Cleaning For A Reason has donated over 13,000 free cleanings to women battling cancer. The organization utilizes a network of over 1,000 residential cleaning services in the United States and Canada, which have donated over $3,500,000 worth of services.
