We have ten committed professionals serving on the board of directors for the Cleaning For A Reason Foundation. We currently share office space with Buckets & Bows Maid Service and are located 20 minutes North of Dallas in Lewisville, TX.

President: Brenda Schwery, successful small business owner, has a heart for others and years of professional non-profit experience. Vice President: Jo Ann DiPierro has a passion for business and her community. Founder: Deborah Sardone,
Is A 26 year veteran of the residential cleaning industry and President and CEO
of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, Inc., in Lewisville, TX. Debbie also
serves as President of ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services
International) for the 2007-2008 term, and is a popular speaker and maid service
business consultant. She is well acquainted with the needs of women
and is touched by both clients and employees experiencing the devastating
affects of cancer. After being Inspired by fellow ARCSI members while speaking
at a national conference, she formed the foundation in May 2006. |

Executive Director: Lynn Olmstead is no stranger to the devastation of cancer having been widowed in 2006. She joined Cleaning For A Reason in March 2007 and in her tenacious, yet compassionate way, has recruited over 200 new Foundation Partners to help women in towns and cities across the country and Canada. |

Board Member: Nancy Bock Nancy has been passionate about her profession for
more than 27 years and has dedicated her life’s work to designing programs and
partnerships to improve the lives of individuals and families. Her multi faceted
work experience includes county, state and federal government (Department of
Agriculture), faculty positions at two grant universities (Cooperative Extension
Service), non-profit associations (American Chemical Society and Family, Career
and Community Leaders of America) and business and industry (The Soap and
Detergent Association). Nancy understands the importance of a clean
environment and is dedicated to educating the public about cleanliness and the
real value of a healthy, sanitary home. |

Board Member: Pam King is a communications professional who has been engaged in community action and growth for years. Currently the Mayor of Double Oak, Texas, former Executive Director of the Dallas Coalition for the Arts and fund-raising champion for the Dallas Police Memorial, Pam is a founding Board member of Cleaning For a Reason. Board Member: Kandace Farmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a 1996 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and served a fellowship in Breast Imaging & Intervention at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in Baltimore. Today, Dr. Farmer is one of the primary practitioners at Solis Women’s Health, in Denton, TX, and a vibrant, knowledgeable addition to our Board of Directors. |

Treasurer: Sharon Cowan Former CEO and President of a successful commercial and residential cleaning company, Sharon's commitment to the foundation takes on a very special meaning as her mother was a victim of breast cancer. Sharon brings a diversified background in education, merchandising and business development of emerging cleaning service companies. Sharon has been a guest lecturer for the Building Service Contractor's Association International (BSCAI) and is a 2 time Industry Award winner through that group. slcowan@flbb.net |
